These children were having great fun at the Tucson Parks and Recreation Department’s New Games Play Day on Nov. 19, 1977. Wearing protective masks, the youngsters were able to “baff” at each other for an afternoon of frivolity at Randolph Park. The goal was to get everyone to take part, to play hard and not have anyone get hurt.
