Recreation of Lincoln’s flatboat river trek begins Sept. 9 in Rockport (KFSM Ft. Smith-Fayetteville)

ROCKPORT, Ind. (AP) - A recreation of Abraham Lincoln’s 1828 flatboat trip down the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers will begin in southern Indiana on September Ninth.
