• The Heart of Tennessee Red Cross chapter is requesting towels and washcloths, pillows and toiletry items such as shampoo and soap for the shelter set up at MTSU’s campus recreation center. The organization doesn’t typically accept in-kind donations, said spokesperson Beth Ferguson, but in this case there were not enough items to go around.
