Wyomissing Recreation Board preparing wish list (Reading Eagle)

The Wyomissing Recreation Board has a fall festival and playground equipment on the 2010 wish list it plans to present to borough council next month. If council agrees to the $4,000 that is being requested for it, the fall festival would be held in October.
